At the moment, Dr. Selvamani is working at the Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre. Dr. Selvamani received his MBBS degree from the M S Ramaiah Medical College.
He graduated with his postgraduate degree in medicine from the Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre. He attended Madras Medical Mission Hospital for his training in DNB Cardiology and graduated in the year 2001.
He has been involved in a number of clinical trials as the Principal Investigator, including the CSPP Aspire Trial for Post-Myocardial Infarction Left Ventricular Remodelling, the ADOPT Trial for Prophylaxis of Venous Thromboembolism in Acutely Ill Medical Subjects, the ALeCardio Trial for Acute Coronary Syndrome in Type II Diabetes, the EFC Trial for Acute Coronary Syndrome in Patients with Diabetes, the ATMOSPHERE Trial.
Dr Selvamani has been in the forefront for all advancements in Interventional cardiology in South Tamil Nadu.
He has Presented at 5000 sessions across a variety of regional, domestic, and international forums. So far, he has performed more than seventy-five live cases and has been a proctor in numerous workshops.
He has been honoured with multiple awards from the Government of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
